Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg mixture very well.

Keep adding flour until firm and pliable. Put on floured surface with blobs of flour and knead to desired texture.

Let it rest for 10 minutes. Roll out to desired thickness and cut to desired thickness.

To cook:
Cook in boiling water or chicken stock until desired texture. The thinner they are the shorter the cooking time.

Note: The noodles more than double when cooked. If you want a thin noodle, cut them very thin.
