Ingredients

  • 1 - 3

    lb. pork tenderlion or boston butt roast

  • 1

    cup water

  • 1 - 18

    oz. bottle prepared BBQ sauce, I use Sonny's

  • 1/4

    cup packed brown sugar

  • 2

    T. worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    t. salt

  • 1

    t. pepper

Directions

Combine the pork and water in a slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for about 6-7 hours. Drain, but reserve liquid from slow cooker. Shred the roast in the slow cooker with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients. Add the reserved liquid if necessary, so the sauce is not to thick. Cook on LOW for 1 hour. Serve with rolls. Olympia High School Cookbook
