maple and brown sugar bacon
- 1 pound cold bacon
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, warmed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light or dark, more if needed
line a rack with parchment paper, with pastry brush on both sides put on the syrup and sprinkle the brown sugar on.
put traeger on smoke for with lid open for 5 minutes.
set the temperature to 300, close lid for 10 to 15 minutes
