Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy Parmesan salad dressing
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 1 (2-1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Add chicken pieces and coat well.
Place chicken in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
