Ingredients

  • 2

    c. grated carrots

  • 1

    rib celery sliced

  • ¼

    c. raisins

  • 1

    sm apple, grated or chopped

  • ½

    c. crushed pineapple

  • ¼

    c. mayo

  • ¼

    c. plain yogurt

  • tsp honey

  • tsp lemon juice

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and mix into salad. Chill until ready eat.
