Ingredients
- For the spicy buffalo sauce:
- 2 1/2 lbs. already cut chicken wing pieces
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- Spicy Buffalo Sauce
- Cool Ranch Sauce
- Celery sticks
- 1 (8 OZ.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (5 oz.) bottle hot sauce Cholula Originial Hot Sauce)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- For the Cool Ranch Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste until smooth

Step 1
For the chicken wings:
Sprinkle wings with salt and next 3 ingredients. Dredge in flour, shaking to remove excess.
Pour oil to depth of 2" into a large deep skillet; heat to 350 degrees. Fry wings in batches, 3-4 minutes on each side or until done. Drain on a wire rack over paper towels. Toss wings in Spicy buffalo Sauce; serve immediately with Cool Ranch Sauce and celery sticks.
To make the Spicy Buffalo Sauce:
Cook tomato sauce, bottle hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
To make Cool Ranch Sauce:
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chopped chives, lemon zest, lemon juice 1 garlic clove, and salt and pepper to taste.
