Tasty Mediterranean flavors in this burger. Amp up the garlic if you're into it. We definitely are!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
  • Baby spinach
  • Hummus
  • Feta cheese
  • Garlic (optional)
  • 4 Hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground turkey, pine nuts, and worcestershire sauce. Once evenly mixed, divide into four equal patties

Grill on medium-high heat until done

While burgers are grilling, if desired, chop garlic and add to hummus to the desired level of taste. Another simple option is to purchase garlic-flavored hummus

After removing burgers from the grill, cover patties in feta cheese, then cover feta cheese in baby spinach leaves

Generously smear hummus onto the top burger bun, and assembly burgers
