Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 3 lbs hamburger
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 T. shortening melted
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown burger;
cook sauce 1/2 hour;
add burger to sauce;
simmer 10 min.
or put in crock pot for 4 to 6 hours.
