Marshmallow Roll

Ingredients

• 3/4 pkg mini marshmallows
• 1/2 c. crushed walnuts
• 1 c. rice krispies
• 1 c. chopped glazed cherries
• 3/4 c. icing sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 6 drops almond extract
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 squares sweet chocolate
• coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate, butter, icing sugar, then add egg and almond extract. Pour over marshmallows, walnuts, rice krispies and cherries. Take wax paper and sprinkle coconut on top. Place the mixture on wax paper and shape into a roll, squeeze altogether really well. Place in refrigerator to stiffen. Remove wax paper and slice.
