Creme Frachie

If you want to make you own creme frachie here is the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (pasturized)
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Warm the cream slightly and turn off heat. Add buttermilk and stir. Pour into a glass jar and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours. Stir and refrigerate for another 24 hours. Ready to use!
