Ingredients
- 2 Napa Cabbage (bok choy) Use napa and throw in some bokchoy
- 2 bunches green onions
- 2 pkgs. Beef Ramen noodles reserve the seasonings)
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together napa cabbage and bok choy & onion. This can be done up to 24 hours in advance & kept refrigerated.
Saute noodles in oil until lightly browned. Combine with sunflower seeds and almonds. Can be done ahead and just before serving added to cabbage.
Mix in blender the oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, & mustard. Mix this well with the cabbage mixture just before serving. Can be made ahead, but reblend just before pouring over the cabbage.
