Ingredients
- 3/4 c all purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 t ground mustard
- 1/2 t garlic pepper blend
- 1/4 t seasoned salt
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each)
- 2 T canola oil
- 14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth

Step 1
In Lg resealable plastic bag combine 1/2 c flour, mustard, garlic pepper & seasoned salt. Add pork chops one at a time & shake to coat. In Lg skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
Transfer to 5 qt. slow cooker. Place remaining flour in small bowl; whisk in broth until smooth. Pour over chops. Cover & cook on low for 3-4 hours until meat is tender.
Remove pork to a serving plate & keep warm. Whisk cooking liquid until smooth; serve with pork.
