Chipped Beef on Toast

Ingredients
- 5 - 2 ounce packages sliced beef lunchmeat
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Dash pepper
- Toast

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the beef into medium-small pieces. In a skillet, cook the beef in melted margarine till the edges curl. Stir in flour; add the milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Spoon over toast.
Can add a few hard-boiled eggs.
