SWISS ALMOND SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 250 g light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Spoon mixture into a deep 2 cup oven-proof casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Garnish with sliced almonds. Serve warm with vegetables and crackers.
