Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Dozen Sugar Cones
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 3 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Quart Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Crush cones, keep 1/4 Cup to the side. Place remaining cones in a bowl. Melt butter and chocolate chips and pour over crushed cones. Press into a 9 inch greased pie pan and chill in the freezer until firm. Fill with slightly softened ice cream and garnish with crushed cones (set to the side).

Freeze

Let sit out for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
