Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lg can chili beans
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small jar salsa
- 1 pack chili powder
- 10 drops Maggi
- 3 drops Tabasco
- 3 T paprka
- 1 t ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop onions, green pepper, and garlic.
2. Take a large pot and add all ingredients except onion and beef.
3. Turn to low heat to simmer
4. Cook ground beef in separate skillet and cook until brown.
5. Drain beef and dump ground beef into pot with other ingredients
6. Melt 3 T butter in skillet, cook onions till slightly browned.
7. Pour onions into pot and cook on low heat for approx. 10-15 mins.
