Ingredients
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken
- 2 c (16 oz) broccoli florets, cooked and drained
- 1 (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 t curry powder
- 1/2 t ground black pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/8 t ground red pepper
- 1/2 c fine breadcrumbs
- 2 T butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until hot and bubbly. Stir together breadcrumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole and bake 10 more mins. Let casserole stand 5 mins before serving.
