Ingredients
- 1.5 c water
- 1.5 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c yellow mustard
- 1/2 olive oil
- 1/4 chili powder
- 1/4 c garlic powder
- 3 t cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together and use to baste meats while BBQing and smoking.
