Ingredients
- 2 cups cut-up pre-cooked chicken
- 1 cup thinly-sliced celery
- 1/2 cups chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp.lemonjuice
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- potato chips (1 cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and set aside in baking dish. Refrigerate if you do not plan to serve soon. Just before serving, add topping of: 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese; 1 cup crushed potato chips. Mix together. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
