Ingredients
- 4 c potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c onion, sliced
- 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
Mix together all of your ingredients and place in your crock pot
Cover and cook on high for an hour
Lower your heat to low and cook for an additional 6-8 hours, it is done when the potatoes are tender
