Ingredients
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbl water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar & cinnamon & set aside
Beat egg whites & 1 tbl water until frothy. Dip nuts into egg whites then sugar mixture. Put in 250 degree oven for 1 hour turning every 15 min.
