Canned Fruit Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Imperial/Oleo (margarine)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can fruit filling (21 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients with pastry blender. Save 1 cup crumbs for topping. Beat 2 eggs & 1/2 cup milk together. Add to remaining crumbs. Spread in 9 x 13" greased pan. Cover with pie filling. Sprinkle with the 1 cup of saved crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
