Ingredients
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup Amaretto di Saronno
- Chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place 4 parfait glasses or coffee cups in freezer. Place half of softened ice cream in blender. Add 2 tablespoons Amaretto. Blend until smooth. Repeat process. Pour into parfait glasses. Freeze until serving time. More Amaretto may be used. Parfait will remain the consistancy of a milk shake if more liqueur is used. Garnish with chocolate curls.
