Ingredients

  • 14 large unpeeled shrimp
  • 6 tablspoons cold unsalted butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon Worcesterchire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • Hot French bread

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450º. Place the shrimp, 3 tablespoons of butter, seasonings and garlic in a sauté pan or oven skillet large enough to hold the shrimp in only one layer. Place shrimp in oven for about 2 min. Remove and turn the shrimp over and return for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove shrimp from pan and place in serving bowl. Place pan on the stove on medium heat. Add lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of butter into pan and pour this sauce over the shrimp . Serve in a bowl with French bread for dipping.
