Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil,
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves,
- sliced, 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes,
- 1 t. chopped parsley,
- 1 t. oregano and s&p to taste

Heat oil, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds to flavor the oil...add remaining ing. and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or til thickened
