Roquefort Cheese Log

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 5 ounce jar pasteurized process sharp cheese
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated onion

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cheeses to room temperature. In small bowl, combine cheeses, half and half, onion and hot pepper sauce.

Mix well on medium speed. Cover and chill overnight.

Shape into log - roll in nuts. cover with plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
