SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE BY COLONIAL GARDENS BED AND BREAKFAST

Ingredients

• Mix together:
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 3 cup flour
• Then add apples or pineapple.

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into a 13" by 9" greased glass pan. (Optional: sprinkle with brown sugar and crushed nuts. )
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
