Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Roast
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 clove Garlic - minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 cup Onions - chopped
- 1 Tbs Oregano - chrussed
- 10 oz can Diced Green Chiles
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in a slow cooker, top w/ rest of ingredients in order. Cook on high for 5 hours (10 hours low). Break up meat w/ wooden spoon then cover & cook on low for 2 more hours. Shred meat thoroughly w/ two forks & cook for another hour.
