Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 cups canned sweet potatoes (1 large can), drained and mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Put in greased baking dish and cover with a mixture of:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 stick melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Add marshmallows and return to oven to brown.
