Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp pesto
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, halved and toasted
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 slices cooked pancetta
  • 3 c arugula

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mayo and pesto; spread on roll bottoms.

Top with tomatoes, pancetta and arugula.

Add roll tops.
