Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp pesto
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved and toasted
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 12 slices cooked pancetta
- 3 c arugula
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayo and pesto; spread on roll bottoms.
Top with tomatoes, pancetta and arugula.
Add roll tops.
