Ingredients
- 1 pkg Thin Sliced Beef Steak
- 3 slices Provolone
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1- 1/2 green bell pepper, julienned
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Combine all Spices, Rub marinade onto each layer of the beef. Refrig for 1 hour.
2.) Heat Lrg Non-Stick skillet over med-high heat until hot. Place beef in skillet. Cook 1st side until spotty brown, then turn
3.) Add Pepper & Onions ontop of beef, wait a bit and then transfer beef ontop of Peppers & Onions. Proceed to cut beef into strips if desired. Saute mix until done.
4.) Add to plate and top with Provolone, or add to sandwhich bun and Provolone and top with mixture.
