Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 12 oz (1 1/2 pkgs.) Cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla and (3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel optional)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Stir in pumpkin, eggs, flour and vanilla
Pour into 9" graham crust or ginger cookie crust springform pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes (check with knife for doneness)
SOUR CREAM TOPPING;
Blend together: sour cream, white sugar and vanilla
Spread on top of cheesecake and bake for 10 more minutes
If using a ginger cookie crust, crush 1 1/2 cups cookies and add 1/4 cup melted butter.
