Peanut butter Hershey kiss cookies

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream together the margarine and peanut-butter. Gradually add the sugar and brown sugar. Cream well. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Blend in dry ingredients and mix. Shape into balls using 1" round teaspoon. Roll in sugar. Place on greased sheets. Bake at 375 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and press in chocolate kiss. Put back into oven for 3-5 minutes.
