Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese softened
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar (divided)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp almond extract (divided)
  • 1 large carton (16 oz) Sour Cream

Step 1

CRUST INSTRUCTIONS:
In bowl combine ingredients. Spread crumb mixture in 10" round cake pan with straight sides or 10" spring foam pan.

TORTE INSTRUCTIONS:
Put cream cheese, eggs and 2/3 of the sugar into mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla & 1/2 tsp almond extract, beat well. Pour into prepared pan with crust. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min or until set.

Take from oven and cool 10 min. Combine sour cream and the remaining 1/3 cup sugar & 1/2 tsp almond extract. Spread on top of cheese torte. Bake 350 degrees 10 minutes longer. Let cool, place in fridge overnight.
