  • 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 1 SMALL ONION, JULIENNE SLICED
  • 1 SMALL GREEN BELL PEPPER, JULIENNE
  • SLICED
  • 2 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 POUND 16-20 SHRIMP
  • 1/2 POUND CRAB MEAT
  • 1 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS
  • 1 CUP MUSHROOMS
  • 1 CUP MARINARA SAUCE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OLD BAY SEASONING
  • 1 TEASPOON COARSE GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 SCALLIONS THIN SLICED
  • 1/4 CUP GRATED FRESH PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

IN A LARGE SAUTE' PAN, SIMMER THE ONIONS, PEPPERS, GARLIC AND SHRIMP IN THE OLIVE OIL OVER A MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD THE BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOMS, SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD THE OLD BAY, BLACK PEPPER AND MARINARA SAUCE, SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES.
SERVE OVER YOUR FAVORITE COOKED PASTA AND SPRINKLE GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE AND SCALLIONS.
