OUTLAW SAUCE WAS SERVED OVER GRILLED SALMON AT LOXLEY'S RESTAURANT. I TRIED TO COPY IT AND IT TASTES VERY MUCH THE SAME.

Ingredients
- 1/4 CUP COOKING SHERRY
- 2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
- 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
- 2 DASHES OF HOT PEPPER SAUCE(TABASCO)
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCE PAN UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.
SERVE IN SMALL DISH TO USE AS A DIPPING SAUCE FOR THE SALMON.
