Ingredients
- Salsa
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 1 avocado, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1 cup finely chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Rub
- 1 part chipotle chile powder
- 1/2 part kosher salt
- 1/2 part cumin
- 1/4 part plack pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs skirt or flank steak

Step 1
For salsa: Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap with wrap touching salsa. Store for up to 2 hours.
Cut the steak into footlong pieces to make them easier to handle on the grill. Rub with olive oil and spread rub generously.
Grill the steaks over high heat with lid closed as much as possible for about 6-8 minutes, turning once. Let stand for 5 mintues before serving.
