Ingredients
- 2 cups dry fusilli pasta
- 1/2 pound cooked large shrimp, cut in half
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup celery
- 3 Tbsps mayonnaise
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Fry shrimp in pan with olive oil until done.
In a large bowl combine shrimp, mayonnaise, broccoli, onion, and celery. Add cayenne pepper, Dijon, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Add pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheddar and mix again. Chill for approximately one hour and serve.
