    cups self-rising flour

    cup coconut

    teaspoon vanilla

    cup vegetable oil

    eggs

  • 1/2

    cup milk

  • 1

    teaspoon coconut flavoring

    teaspoon coconut flavoring

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    cup margarine

  • 1/2

    cup water

Directions

Mix sugar and oil. Add flour and milk. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Add coconut, vanilla, and flavoring. Bake in a greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350deg. - FILLING: Bring to a boil. Pour over cake while warm. Let cake cool in pan approximately 20 minutes.
