LEMON CREAM SAUCE FOR FISH

Ingredients

  • TO SAUTE FISH:
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 c flour
  • SAUCE:
  • 3/4 c cream
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Dust fish in flour, salt and pepper. Saute in butter until done.
Remove fish from pan.
Add cream and zest of lemon.
Simmer until starting to thicken.
Add 1/4 t salt, lemon juice, and parsley.

Serve sauce over fish.
