- 1/2 LB OF BEEF FLANK STEAK
- 2 CUPS OF BROCCOLI FLOWERETS
- 2 CUPS OF MUSHROOMS
- 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC MINCED
- 2 TABLESPOONS CAPERS
- 1 TEASPOON WYLER'S BEER-FLAVORE INSTANT BOUILLON
- 1/4 CUP RED WINE OR WATER
- 1/2 OF (ILB) CREAMETTE EGG NOODLES

Preparation
Step 1
IN LARGE SKILLET, HEAT OIL, ADD BEEF, COOK AND STIR JUST UNTIL TENDER,
ADD BROCCOLI, MUSHROOMS, ONION, GARLIC, CAPERS AND BOUILLON.
COOK AND STIR JUST UNTIL BROCCOLI IS TENDER - CRISP.
ADD WINE; COOK 1 MINUTE KEEP WARM
PREPARE CREAMETTE EGG NOODLES AS PACKAGE DIRECTS
SERVE MEAT MIXTURE OVER HOT COOOKED NOODLES
