Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tatlespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tabalespon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced and
- 1 tablelspoon gingerroot.
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan stir 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon cornstarch. Stir in 1/3 cup chicken broth and 1/3 cup red wine vineger.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 clove garlic minced and 1 tablespoon gingeroot. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 mnutes more. Serve warm.
Yield 3/4 cup
