Ingredients
- 7 cups water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 12 oz amber beer (like Dos Equis)
- 4 lbs king crab legs
- 8 tbsp melted butter (1 stick)
- 4 fresh lemons, cut into wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water, salt and beer.
Rinse crab in cold water. Add crab (in 2 batches if necessary) and cook until pink (7 minutes or so).
Serve with melted butter and lemon.
