Amber Beer Crab legs

Ingredients

  • 7 cups water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 12 oz amber beer (like Dos Equis)
  • 4 lbs king crab legs
  • 8 tbsp melted butter (1 stick)
  • 4 fresh lemons, cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, salt and beer.

Rinse crab in cold water. Add crab (in 2 batches if necessary) and cook until pink (7 minutes or so).

Serve with melted butter and lemon.
