Grilled Halibut with Fresh Lemon and Oregano

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped North Shore Living Herbs® Oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 8-oz halibut steaks
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon quartered
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix olive oil, oregano, and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
Rub the halibut steaks with vegetable oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Grill steaks until opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side.

Place steaks on plates and drizzle with the olive oil mixture. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
