Ingredients
- Pie:
- 3 cups Salmon
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Pastry for 2 pies
- Sauce:
- can celery soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pastry.
Mix well. Spoon into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Use remaining pastry for top.
Bake in hot oven 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
After crust is golden brown cover with foil to prevent further browning.
Sauce:
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix above & heat on stove. Serve over pie.
