  • 1/2 cup Hellmann mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann creamy Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into stripes
  • 1 and 1/2 cups finely crushed corn flakes

Cooking time 22mins


Step 1

1). Preheat oven to 425. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann light mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Reserve half for dipping

2). Add chicken to remaining half mayonnaise mixture, stir to coat, then roll in crumbs

3). Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with reserved honey mustard sauce
