Ingredients

  • 14-16 ozs goat cheese
  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 tblsp fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 2 tblsp fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper chilil flakes
  • 3/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup bottled sundried tomatoes
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and wash sundried tomatoes under hot water, pat dry in paper towel and chop.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together.
Let stand for 2-4 hours.
Place cheese in an ovenprrf serving dish and top with mixture.
Place in overn at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Serve with baguette or crackers.
