Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c flour
  • 2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs lightly, add sugar and salt, then milk and flour. Beat until smooth. Let stand several minutes, strain. Let stand some time before frying.
