Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T sugar
  • 3 T heavy cream
  • | tsp salt
  • | tsp vanilla, optional
  • 1 tsp brandy
  • 1 | c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Roll out thin, cut in diamond shape with pastry cutter. Fry in deep lard. Dust with granulated sugar or powdered sugar if desired.
