Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T heavy cream
- | tsp salt
- | tsp vanilla, optional
- 1 tsp brandy
- 1 | c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together. Roll out thin, cut in diamond shape with pastry cutter. Fry in deep lard. Dust with granulated sugar or powdered sugar if desired.
