Ingredients

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 1

    stick butter, melted

  • 2/3

    cup pecans, crushed

  • 1

    package cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    cup powdered sugar

  • 8

    oz. Cool Whip

  • 1

    large package vanilla instant pudding

  • 1

    small package chocolate instant pudding

  • 3

    cups milk

  • 8

    oz. Cool Whip

Directions

To make the crust: Combine all the ingredients, flour, butter and pecans and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool. To make the first layer: Cream together the cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Fold in the cool whip. Layer this over the crust. To make the second layer: Combine the vanilla pudding and chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk in the mixer. Follow package directions. Layer this over the cream cheese layer. Top with another 8 oz. package of cool whip. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate, if desired. Cool in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
